An optional Cinch home warranty may help protect covered systems and appliances during the listing period, then transfer to the buyer for one year after closing. Coverage, exclusions, service fees and availability are governed by the warranty contract.

How It Works

Coverage Now, Payment at Closing

  • Optional coverage may begin during the listing period.
  • If the property closes, the warranty transfers to the buyer for one full year from closing.
  • Payment is generally due at closing rather than when the option is selected.
  • If the property does not close and no covered claim has been used, no payment is due.
  • The buyer may have the opportunity to renew coverage after the initial term.

Pricing varies by state, and applicable sales tax may apply. Available plans, covered items, limits, exclusions, service fees and optional upgrades are established by Cinch and may change.
