Information you provide for marketing—including the property address, price, description, characteristics, photographs and selected showing or contact information—is entered into the applicable MLS and may be distributed to Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com, participating brokerage websites and other local or national real estate websites.
MLS organizations, showing services and independent websites control their own systems, display practices, update schedules, archives and cached copies. Changes or removal from the MLS may not appear immediately on every website, and listing information may remain available in brokerage, MLS, public-record or third-party databases after a listing expires, is withdrawn, sells or is leased.
