I entered the real estate business in 1999, before online listing services became commonplace. In those early years, clients faxed their forms and mailed their listing paperwork to us. As the Internet changed how people bought, sold and rented property, owners became increasingly able to manage showings, communicate with agents and buyers, and negotiate directly. They still needed a licensed brokerage, however, to place their property in the MLS. I founded Select Premium Properties to provide that professional MLS access without requiring a listing commission based on the property’s sales price.
My goal was to create a clear and affordable alternative for people who are comfortable managing their own sale or rental. More than 25 years later, the process is now 100% online, but our purpose remains the same: professional MLS listings, extensive website exposure and responsive client support for homes, land and rental properties throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Real estate companies may list properties only in states where the brokerage is properly licensed. Our public license information can be verified through the real estate licensing agency in each state we serve.
